Chaz Crosier has an uncontained and contagious passion for weddings and events. Blessed with an incredibly artistic mind, Chaz has a perpetual hunger for imaginative designs, excels at inventive problem solving and shines at crafting flawless functions. Originally from Colorado, Chaz is the eighth born of nine children. As his parents owned and operated several small Italian restaurants in his hometown, Chaz watched his mother make homemade raviolis and other Italian specialties every morning. When he grew older (and his parent’s realized that he was “free labor”), he feverishly worked and learned every aspect and feature in a food and beverage capacity. Chaz’s “roll up your sleeves” approach certainly can be attributed to his unpretentious beginnings which have undoubtedly garnished him with over 25 years in the Hospitality Industry. With aspirations of a career in Interior Design, Chaz began his undergraduate studies in Art at the University of Colorado immediately after high school. To support himself in college, he began working in catering and quickly fell in love with the intricate design elements of planning individual events. Realizing that this could be a personally rewarding career, he dove into the catering world head first. Chaz has had the fortunate opportunity to have worked for some of the most exquisite catering companies in the United States and, most recently, has worked with the premier catering company in the Napa and Sonoma Wine Valleys. Due to his extensive catering and design background, he specializes in custom menu design (including ethnic food menus), wine and food pairings, event design/concept, event functionality and event venue selection. Chaz loves helping clients plan a unique and memorable event while allowing them to enjoy the planning process along the way. His clients may come from all over the world but he affords each and every one of them the same experience – an event of their dreams. Chaz has a wicked sense of humor, is a self-proclaimed “no nonsense type of guy” and possesses a sweet and transmittable energy. When not designing and executing spectacular events, he loves to spend time at home, in Sonoma County, gardening, cooking and playing with his dog, Chompsky. Chaz is a proud member and longtime supporter of the LGBT community.
